Art in the Glen

“Bug’s Eye View: A Celebration of Arthropod Art”
brings together three artists in vastly different mediums who all share a love of insects.

The intricate mixed-media watercolor of Alexa Karabin weaves insects through her compositions, including a stunning piece that collates 100 miniature insect portraits.
Bill Ravlin’s macrophotography creates personal, vibrant pieces that allow for detail the naked eye could never grasp.
Shane Morris uses the bodies of ants, beetles, butterflies, and more to create beautiful geometric pieces, mandalas and mosaics.

>> Open during regular Visitor Center hours through August 7.
